About The Games Department

Role Responsibilities

To support the Games team in the day-to-day running of carnival games

Set up the allotted game area as per manager's instructions

Provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience to guests playing at your game

Maintain and operate the assigned game area along with other members of the team

Work in a team to meet weekly and monthly targets
Role Requirements

Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese

You should be outgoing and able to communicate effectively with guests

You must be a self-motivated and positive individual

You should be able to work on your feet for long hours and under a shift schedule

Responsible for operation of allotted games to the set performance standards.

Resolving any day to day issues brought up by game attendant teams.

To motivate and lead the game attendants to deliver an amazing guest experience on a consistent basis.

To ensure all game checks have been performed and all procedures are being followed by the individual games team.

Conduct stock verification on individual games, stock display, and to ensure general guest experience quality delivered.
Role Requirements

Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.

Self-motivated, well-organised and able to work independently.
-
Willing to work on shifts in a competitive environment.
-
2-3 years of work experience in supervisory roles preferred.

About the Rides Department
You'll be able to hear the impact of your role from afar. The screams of excitement, the giggles of happiness, and the gasps of anticipation as carnival guests jump aboard larger-than-life rides specially sourced from Europe. From intensely scary thrill rides to fun family rides and rides just for the kids. You'll be surrounded by the smiles that you helped create.
Role Responsibilities

To support the Main Ride Operator in the day-to-day running of the fun ride and assist the token collection booth for a particular ride in its operation

To provide customer service for a particular ride and perform necessary support activities to ensure an enjoyable guest experience
-
To assist the Main Ride Operator in maintaining a safe environment for guests as well as fellow employees
-
Required to work under a shift schedule
Role Requirements

You should be fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage for the role but is not necessary

About The Customer Service Department
The AIA Canrival would not be the beacon of excitement and joy that it is without our fun-seeking guests. We have become an annual tradition for many people, and we will become an unforgettable memory for every guest. A role in the Customer Service team will make sure this memory is a positive one that they cannot wait to repeat again next year.
Role Responsibilities
-
Your daily routine will vary depending on what the situation is. You could do anything from: - handling payments to taking part in customer promotions and events or customer refunds; - customer related surveys; - attending incoming calls from outside customers; - assist with VIP’s or Media on site when required.

Resolving any day to day issues brought up by the customer and reporting to Management.
-
Answering queries, offering information and having positive interactions with the general public (as well as with colleagues) either face-to-face or over the phone.

You’ll be expected to keep up-to-date with all the latest promotions so you can explain it to customers who may be interested.

Provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience for guest visiting the AIA Carnival.

About The Site Operations Department
The Site Operations team is the backbone of the AIA Carnival. Without them, we could not function. From on-site logistics to technical maintenance to on-site security, these roles make sure our guests have a safe, seamless, and secure carnival experience.
Role Responsibilities

To monitor the allotted zone on the event site for deviations from standard operating conditions, hazards, and irregularities

To monitor the allotted area on the event site to ensure smooth guest flow, plan for and execute people flow systems for the zone

To provide support to the Site Operations Team and your Zone Leaders to ensure overall site safety and operational excellence
-
Required to work in a team and under a shift schedule

About The Ticketing Department
You'll be the first person our guests interact with when they arrive at the ticketing booth and front-entry, and the person they will want to see when it's time to enjoy the fun and games (because they'll need tokens for that). You'll be helping to set up their visit for an enjoyable day out.
Role Responsibilities
-
Responsible for taking payments from customers, making changes and handling receipts
-
Responsible for the operation of selling tokens OR uploading customer’s value cards to the set performance standards.

Able to work with POS systems
-
Maintain and operate the assigned booth area along with other team members
-
Ensure that all safety checks are carried out and all documentation is completed, reporting in person any defects found to your supervisor

Ensure that cash handling and security procedures are fully implemented
-
Provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience for guests in the park
-
Required to work shifts for 4 to 6 days in a week according to a predetermined schedule
Role Requirements

Strong mathematical and cash handling abilities

Willing to work long hours in shifts in a competitive environment.
